Web Order Taking Option 1 |

Option 1: Is normally used by smaller companies or
independent software authors that need a company to validate, credit and
collect funds from their customers but do not want to pay the extra expense of
setting up a merchant account. With Option 1 a payment is made to you the
author or vendor on the 1st of every month in the form of a check made payable
to you. We build you a page on our secure server that you will link to from
your web site. We can use your custom background and one GIF image so that the
page will look similar to your current site. You will get a private admin page
so that you will be able view transactions placed on your account.
Transaction Fee: 9% per transaction or minimum of $2.50 per
transaction, whichever is higher

Web Order Taking Option 2

Option 2: This option is usually used by larger companies
and requires the authors to get their own merchant account. You will get the
same services described in option 1 but funds will be deposited into your
corporations merchant account. Upon approval of the merchant account we will
build you a secure page that you can link to from your web site. All
transactions will be placed directly into your account. You will get a private
admin page so that you will be able view transactions placed on your account.
Transaction Fee: 2% per transaction.
Usage Fee: $1.00 per transaction.
Min Fee:$300.00
Merchant Fees: There are merchant account fees that apply with
this option, these fees can vary. If you are interested in this service we will
email you the current rates.
